We believe that in order to create healthy workplaces, every individual needs to advocate for safer conditions. Our vision is to be a catalyst for shifting the current state of the workplace by empowering employees to speak up and advocate for themselves, because no one can do that for you.
And while we all need to speak up for ourselves, that doesn’t need by ourselves.
By providing a strong support system of experts and making it easier to find the right help and information faster, we believe that we can start re-writing the narrative that has been surrounding workplace misconduct for far too long into something that is positive, productive, and results in the long-term behavioral change needed to create safe places to work.

The internet is filled with bad information, and you can't find what you are looking for if you don't know where to start. Our HR team has expertise in compliance, and our legal network is comprised of professionals that we would go to for help ourselves. Anything advice we give would be advice we would take ourselves.
