We believe that by providing employees with access to the right knowledge, resources, and support when faced with adversity, we can empower the workforce to be their own best advocates, encouraging everyone to speak up when faced with workplace misconduct and make reaching fair resolutions and positive outcomes for victims the norm.

We believe that in order to create healthy workplaces, every individual needs to advocate for safer conditions. Our vision is to be a catalyst for shifting the current state of the workplace by empowering employees to speak up and advocate for themselves, because no one can do that for you.

And while we all need to speak up for ourselves, that doesn’t need by ourselves.

By providing a strong support system of experts and making it easier to find the right help and information faster, we believe that we can start re-writing the narrative that has been surrounding workplace misconduct for far too long into something that is positive, productive, and results in the long-term behavioral change needed to create safe places to work.

  • Information is knowledge and knowledge is power. Fear is diminished when unknowns can be turned into knowns. Our goal is to help our clients prepare for all possibilities when speaking up and know exactly how internal HR systems work in order to successfully navigate it themselves.

  • We need each other to get things done. When it comes to creating healthier, safer workplaces, it’s all hands on deck. Adversity is indiscriminate and inevitable, and no one should have to navigate difficulties at work alone. We exist to provide that support to the workforce.

  • Without integrity, there can be no trust. We are building a new kind of HR that operates how we think it will make the greatest impact - transparent, honest, and in service of the workforce, not organizations.

  • Our purpose is to provide the workforce with reliable information specific to their situation. The internet is filled with bad information, and you can't find what you are looking for if you don't know where to start. Our HR team has expertise in compliance, and our legal network is comprised of professionals that we would go to for help ourselves. Anything advice we give would be advice we would take ourselves.
