We provide HR strategy and process guidance. Lawyers provide legal advice and representation. Most workplace issues can resolve without legal action, but benefit from expert HR navigation.
The problem: most people contact lawyers too late or are unprepared. They don't know what details matter, what documentation they need, or whether their situation even has legal merit. By the time they get to a lawyer, critical evidence is missing or they've already said something that hurts their case.
It’s hard to organize your thoughts when you’re stressed and dealing with crap at work, so that’s where we come in.
We help you understand what's happening, gather the right information, and position yourself strategically before you need legal action. When your situation does require a lawyer, we connect you with specialists in our network If your situation requires legal action, we connect you with specialists in our network and provide them with the context and documentation you've prepared. At that point, your attorney takes over.
